Job description We are partnering with a respected not-for-profit aged care provider on the Sunshine Coast, QLD and seeking a Clinical Manager for a residential aged care home. This role will suit a clinically strong aged care leader who enjoys mentoring nursing teams and partnering with operational leadership to drive quality care outcomes. About the Facility 50-bed residential aged care home Includes 10 Memory Support beds Leadership structure: Residential Services Manager, Clinical Manager, RNs and ENs Well-supported clinical environment with a strong focus on quality care Key Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and oversight of the home Lead, mentor and support Registered and Enrolled Nurses Maintain clinical governance, quality and compliance standards Work closely with the Residential Services Manager to support team leadership and service improvement Drive continuous improvement and best practice care delivery About You AHPRA Registered Nurse Experience in clinical leadership within residential aged care Strong understanding of aged care standards and clinical governance Ability to mentor and support nursing teams Collaborative leadership style and commitment to quality care What’s on Offer Competitive salary package based on experience Not-for-profit salary packaging benefits 5 weeks annual leave Relocation assistance Full-time permanent leadership role * Please note accommodation is not available for this role.
